By using this website and purchasing artwork, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All content on this site, including images, text, and artwork, is the property of Peaches Venus and may not be used without permission.

Orders & Payments

All prices are in USD. Payment is due in full (or as otherwise stated) at the time of purchase. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion.

Commissions

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission slot. The remaining balance is due before the artwork ships. Each commission is custom and non-refundable.

Shipping

I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the images of the artwork remain with Peaches Venus. The collector receives rights to the physical painting only, not reproduction rights.

Liability

I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the artwork.

Changes

I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
